Packs are no longer a legal requirement for home sellers. However, we
will continue to offer HIP's to those vendors that wish to obtain one.

dedicated to meeting prompt turnaround times in an attempt to avoid
any costly delays. Our assessors will attend your property to
measure-up and draw a detailed floor plan
if required (free floor plan with every HIP),
and take data regarding the energy use in the property. The assessor
will also be able to help you complete the Sales
Statement and Property
Information Questionnaire forms which are a required part of the
Home Information Pack.
